Level 02 — 07

The Hand Opens — By Intention

Your baby begins to choose. The hand opens. The hand closes. An object is picked up. An object is released — not by reflex, but by intention. This is the first visible sign that the brain is directing the hand.

Level 03 — 07

Hands Working in Partnership with the Brain

The hands are no longer simply grasping and releasing — they are coordinating. Grip becomes more organised. Control becomes steadier. Finger movement becomes more confident.

Level 04 — 07

When Coordination Becomes Gracefulness

Two hands now work together as partners. The entire body movement becomes rhythmic. Effort becomes smoother. This level is not about brute strength — it is about coordination, timing, and gracefulness.

Something refined appears at this stage. The hands have begun to cooperate. One hand supports while the other hand acts — preparing for writing, tool use, drawing, and construction.
